🇺🇸 There is no joy in bringing you stories of such ugliness in our country, but it's necessary. The necessity stems from years of illusions and lies where Americans were denied proper information and transparency by our media and Government alike, which continues today with major pushback.

🇺🇸 As it gets even worse today, and they continue to awaken the sleeping giant turning blue to red, showing that it’s really not a political issue, but a bipartisan issue that all Americans should be concerned about.

This is the Story of ONE of MANY children & adults who've been murdered because criminal-friendly-policies bring criminals of all caliber.

🇺🇸 Kristal Bayron-Nieves, 19. Rest In Peace

🇺🇸 Her Mother had been telling her, Kristal, if you want a better life, you've gotta work for it, like any responsible parent should.

🇺🇸 Kristal had gotten her first job at Burger King on graveyard shift. She was a cashier. Being a teenager, more than likely proud of making her own money. Maybe proud, but definitely scared. As Kristal feared her job. Which she made clear before she was taken from this earth by a soulless heathen before her prime.

🇺🇸 A camp of 50-plus homeless outside of her door at her Third-shift job bringing her a consistent, nightly unease.

🇺🇸 "I don't want to go. I'm Scared." Kristal told her Mother, Kristie Nieves, Age 36.

🇺🇸 At 10pm her mother woke her and said, "You have to go and be responsible. You have to get a better life."

🇺🇸 A translator and friend, Nathalie Pagan had said that Kristal had an admirer in the area who had walked to buy her a flower, because he had been coming to the restaurant nightly to see Kristal. When he got back, Kristal had mistaken another man behind him as a Delivery man before she opened the door.
🇺🇸 The thief hit the restaurant manager. Then he hit her admirer, knocking him out before demanding the money from the register, in which Kristal complied with without a single aggression toward the thief. Once he realized he was only getting $100, the thief became enraged, shooting Kristal Bayron-Nieves in the stomach.

🇺🇸 Kristal was taken to Metropolitan Hospital Center. There, she was pronounced dead shortly after. The young admirer, there to her very last breath.

🇺🇸 Her mother, living with guilt. Blaming herself for pushing her daughter to go to a job in a highly dangerous area thats currently been having its legal policies disputed as well as rouge District Attorneys who have failed the system. Failed Their Country as well as their oath to the Constitution, but most importantly, they've failed the victims and the people.

🇺🇸 Is it a coincidence that earlier the new Manhattan DA, was just defending his "slap-on-the-wrist-is-too-much" policies?
